Terms & Conditions

For the purposes of these Terms, the following definitions shall apply:

• “Platform” refers to the Bunn website, mobile applications, and all related services operated by Bunn Trading LLC.
• “User” refers to any individual or entity that accesses or uses the platform, including Buyers and Vendors.
• “Buyer” refers to any User who browses, purchases, or seeks to purchase Products through the platform.
• “Vendor” refers to any individual or business entity that lists, offers, or sells Products through the platform.
• “Company” refers to the legal business entity registered by a Vendor on the platform, which must hold a valid trade license in its country of operation.
• “Products” refers to coffee, coffee-related goods, and other permitted items listed for sale on the platform by Vendors.
• “Services” refers to all features, tools, and functionalities provided by the platform, including but not limited to product browsing, order management, payment processing, and subscription services.
• “Content” refers to all text, images, descriptions, reviews, ratings, and any other material posted on the platform by Users, Vendors, or Bunn.

As a Buyer on the Bunn platform, you acknowledge and agree to the following:

All product descriptions, images, specifications, and other listing information are provided by the respective Vendors. Bunn acts solely as a marketplace facilitator and does not independently verify, endorse, or guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or reliability of any product listing. You are encouraged to review product details carefully and contact the Vendor directly if you require additional information before making a purchase.

Product prices are displayed in the Vendor's local currency as set during their storefront configuration. It is your responsibility to confirm the applicable currency and any potential exchange rate implications before completing a transaction.

Upon placing an order, you will receive an order confirmation via the platform. This confirmation acknowledges receipt of your order but does not constitute acceptance of the order by the Vendor. The Vendor reserves the right to accept or decline any order based on product availability, pricing errors, or other legitimate reasons.

You may cancel an order in accordance with our refund policy. The right to cancel and the applicable refund terms are outlined in Section 9 (Returns & Refunds) of these Terms.

The Bunn platform is a specialty marketplace dedicated to coffee and coffee-related products. This includes, but is not limited to, whole bean coffee, ground coffee, coffee capsules, cold brew, instant coffee, brewing equipment, coffee accessories, and coffee-related gift items. Products that do not fall within these categories are not permitted on the platform.

The following items are strictly prohibited from being listed on the platform: counterfeit or imitation products, items that infringe upon intellectual property rights, hazardous materials, products that violate any applicable law or regulation, and any items deemed inappropriate by Bunn at its sole discretion.

Bunn reserves the right to review, edit, or remove any product listing at any time and for any reason, including but not limited to violations of these Terms, inaccurate information, intellectual property infringement, or complaints from Buyers. Vendors will be notified of any such action when practicable.

All product images uploaded by Vendors must accurately represent the Products being sold. Stock images may be used only when they truthfully depict the actual product. Bunn reserves the right to remove listings with misleading or deceptive images.

Shipping and delivery of all Products purchased through the platform are managed entirely by the respective Vendors. Each Vendor is responsible for setting their own shipping rates, delivery areas, and estimated delivery timelines.

Delivery times displayed on the platform are estimates only and are not guaranteed. Actual delivery times may vary depending on the Vendor's location, the Buyer's delivery address, customs clearance (for cross-border shipments within the GCC), and other factors beyond the control of Bunn.

Bunn is not liable for any delays, losses, or damages that occur during the shipping and delivery process. Any disputes related to shipping should be directed to the Vendor in the first instance. If a resolution cannot be reached, Buyers may contact Bunn support for mediation assistance.

For cross-border orders within the GCC region, Buyers are responsible for any applicable customs duties, import taxes, or additional fees imposed by the destination country's authorities. These charges are not included in the product price or shipping fees displayed on the platform.

The Bunn platform, including but not limited to its design, layout, graphics, logos, trademarks, service marks, source code, and all related intellectual property, is owned by or licensed to Bunn Trading LLC. All rights are reserved. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works of, publicly display, or otherwise exploit any platform content without the prior written consent of Bunn.

Vendors retain ownership of all intellectual property rights in their product content, including product descriptions, images, brand names, and logos uploaded to the platform. By listing content on the platform, Vendors grant Bunn a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to use, display, reproduce, and distribute such content for the purpose of operating and promoting the platform.

Users who submit reviews, ratings, or other content to the platform grant Bunn a non-exclusive, perpetual, royalty-free license to use, display, and distribute such content on the platform and in related marketing materials. Users represent and warrant that they have the right to submit such content and that it does not infringe upon the intellectual property rights of any third party.

Bunn operates as a marketplace facilitator that connects Buyers with Vendors. To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Bunn shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from or related to your use of the platform, including but not limited to:

• The quality, safety, legality, or accuracy of any Products listed or sold on the platform.
• Any disputes between Buyers and Vendors, including those related to product quality, shipping, delivery, or refunds.
• Any loss of data, revenue, profits, or business opportunities arising from the use of or inability to use the platform.
• Any unauthorized access to or alteration of your account or personal data.

In no event shall Bunn's total aggregate liability to any User exceed the total amount of subscription fees paid by that User to Bunn during the twelve (12) months immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim. For Buyers who do not pay subscription fees, Bunn's maximum liability shall not exceed the total amount paid by the Buyer for the specific order in question.

The platform and all content, Products, and Services are provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis. Bunn makes no warranties, express or implied, regarding the platform's reliability, availability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement.

Bunn reserves the right to modify, amend, or update these Terms at any time and at its sole discretion. When material changes are made, we will update the “Last updated” date at the top of this page and, where practicable, provide notice through the platform or via email to registered Users.

Your continued use of the platform following the posting of revised Terms constitutes your acceptance of and agreement to the updated Terms. If you do not agree to the revised Terms, you must discontinue your use of the platform and close your account.

It is your responsibility to review these Terms periodically to stay informed of any updates. Previous versions of these Terms may be available upon request by contacting our legal team.
