For Vendors, we also collect trade license documentation, bank account details, and business registration information as required for account verification.

When you make a purchase, we collect payment-related information necessary to process the transaction. This may include credit or debit card details, bank transfer information, and billing address. Payment card data is processed through secure, PCI-compliant payment processors and is not stored on our servers in raw form.

Usage Data

We automatically collect information about how you interact with the platform, including pages viewed, products browsed, search queries, click patterns, time spent on pages, referring URLs, and interaction with platform features. This data helps us understand usage patterns and improve the overall user experience.

Device & Technical Information

We collect technical information about the devices you use to access the platform, including IP address, browser type and version, operating system, device identifiers, screen resolution, language preferences, and time zone settings.

Cookies & Similar Technologies

  • Legal Compliance: To comply with applicable laws, regulations, legal processes, and governmental requests, and to enforce our Terms & Conditions.

We may share your personal information with the following categories of third parties, solely for the purposes described in this policy:

Vendors

When you place an order, we share relevant information with the Vendor to enable order fulfillment. This includes your name, shipping address, phone number, and order details. Vendors are contractually obligated to use this information only for the purpose of fulfilling your order and are required to handle it in accordance with applicable data protection laws.

Payment Processors

We share payment-related information with our third-party payment processors to facilitate secure transaction processing. These processors operate under strict security standards and are PCI-DSS compliant.

Service Providers

We engage trusted third-party service providers to perform functions on our behalf, including hosting, data analytics, email delivery, and customer support. These providers have access to personal information only as needed to perform their functions and are contractually bound to maintain confidentiality.

Legal Requirements

We do NOT sell, rent, or trade your personal information to third parties for their marketing purposes. Your data is never monetized or shared for advertising beyond the platform.

7. Children's Privacy

The Bunn platform is not intended for use by individuals under the age of eighteen (18). We do not knowingly collect, solicit, or maintain personal information from children under the age of 18.

If we become aware that we have collected personal information from a child under 18 without verified parental consent, we will take immediate steps to delete that information from our systems. If you believe that a child under 18 has provided us with personal information, please contact us at privacy@bunn.store so that we can take appropriate action.

The Bunn platform may contain links to third-party websites, services, or applications that are not operated or controlled by Bunn. These links are provided for your convenience and informational purposes only.

We are not responsible for the privacy practices, content, or security of any third-party websites or services. 9. International Data Transfers

Bunn operates primarily within the GCC region (United Arab Emirates, Saudi Arabia, Qatar, Kuwait, Bahrain, and Oman). Your personal information may be processed and stored in the UAE and other GCC countries where our servers, Vendors, and service providers are located.

Where your data is transferred to a country outside of your country of residence, we ensure that appropriate safeguards are in place to protect your personal information in accordance with applicable data protection laws. These safeguards may include contractual clauses, data processing agreements, and other legally recognized mechanisms for cross-border data transfers.

By using the platform and providing your personal information, you consent to the transfer and processing of your data in the UAE and other GCC countries as described in this policy.

10. Data Retention

We retain your personal information for as long as your account remains active and as needed to provide you with our services. The specific retention periods vary depending on the type of information and the purpose for which it was collected:

  • Active Account Data: Your profile information, preferences, and account settings are retained for as long as your account is active on the platform.
  • Order & Transaction Data: Order history, payment records, and invoice data are retained for a minimum of five (5) years to comply with financial and tax reporting requirements in the UAE.
  • Deleted Account Data: When you request account deletion, we will remove your personal information from our active systems within ninety (90) calendar days. Certain data may be retained in backup systems for a limited period before being permanently purged.
  • Legal Compliance: Where we are required by law, regulation, or legal process to retain certain information for longer periods, we will do so in accordance with the applicable requirements.

Anonymous or aggregated data that cannot be used to identify you may be retained indefinitely for analytics and platform improvement purposes.
